Automatic On-Rail Hopper Feeding Machine

Silo&Feed Uploading Machine/ Feed Elevator

Feeding Silo Specification

Semi-Automatic Poultry Feeding Machine

Semi-automatic feeding machine is designed for small and medium chicken farms, integrated batteries, hoppers, and feed tubes to improve feeding speed, which is suitable for both A and H type chicken cages for egg layers, hens, broilers, brooders etc.

This type of poultry feeding machine has multiple features, specifically to solve the problem of feeding poultry in small and medium chicken farms. Pan Feedind System

The bottom of the pan can be disassembled on the ground, suitable for day old chicks and broilers;

Pan feeding system:The conveying pipe is 4 trays/3m 3 trays/3m, diameter 45mm, material is hot-dip galvanized steel pipe, galvanized quantity is greater than 275g/m2.1.2mm;
The spring auger imported from South Africa has a feeding capacity of 400kg/h;

Feed sensor:After the feed sensor is installed on the feed tray (opened), the drive motor starts to convey the feed. when feed sensor does not touch feed,and it stops conveying feed when feed sensor touches feed (for main feed line and pan feeding line use). When the feed sensor is installed at the bottom of the feed bin (connected and closed), the function is opposite to the above situation.

Feeding line lifting system:
Main components: winch, pulley, fixed plate, wire rope and clamp;
The height of the feed pan is very important to the growth of the chicken, and it is very convenient to adjust the height of the feed line through the winch. The best height of the feed line is: the height of the chicken back and the grill on the feed pan should be on the same horizontal line.
By adjusting the height of the feeding line, it is convenient to clean the chicken house and the in and out of chickens.

Manual Poultry Feeders 

Manual poultry feeders contain PVC feeders and Zn-Al feeders,which are suitable for A and H type chicken battery cages .
