Automatic Poultry Manure Removal System Description

Automatic poultry manure removal system or feces removal system with belt conveyor is designed for battery chicken cages H and A frame.

Each layer of battery chicken cage is equipped with a manure cleaning belt, birds do not contact with manure, and chicken feces are removed regularly. Lower ammonia and hydrogen sulfide and other harmful gases can improve the breeding environment of the chicken house, reduce the occurrence of poultry diseases, and reduce the cost of medicine, increase the efficiency of breeding.

Working Principle For Poultry Manure Removal System

The belt manure cleaning machine is equipped with a manure bearing plate on each layer of chicken cages. When the machine starts, the motor and accelerator move the active rollers of each layer through the chain to work. Friction is generated from the lower part, and the moving manure-carrying cage group moves in the length direction to transport the chicken manure to one end, which is scraped off by the manure scraper set at the end, and then the manure removal work is finished.

Installation Precautions

1. It is required that the chicken house must be hardened, the ground is flat, there is no convexity and concave place, the slope control should not exceed 2 degrees up and down. The excrement should be 5-10 degrees lower on the other side. So that the water can be drained smoothly.

2. Place the cages straight and adjust the foot adjuster so that the height deviation between the two cages should not exceed 0.5 mm, and the distance between the legs should not exceed 0.5 mm.

3. Main engine should be firmly fixed, also the head and tailstock should be firmly fixed to the ground without loosening.

4. Install manure belt or scraper, and check whether the manure belt and the manure baffle are suitable.

5. The electrician installs the wiring and control line, and finds the position of the travel switch, and fixes it firmly;

6. The controller must contain a leakage protection device;

7. The test running is performed by a person on the control panel in a jog mode, and multiple persons should cooperate to ensure that there are no scratches, jams, deflection, etc. in the equipment. If problems are found, find out the reasons and solve them in time. Start and run when it is confirmed that there is no error;

8. If the operation is stable, the manure removal is uniform and there is no too much noise (less than 40 decibels). There is not much jitter. That is qualified.
