Poultry feeding system for H type battery chicken cage adopts hopper trolley feeding way with hot galvanized or zinc aluminum steel material. It is the feeding system with feed carts. Our feeding system with feed carts which is enable to make feed distributed hygienically, homogeneous, mixed and equally. In this system, feed is distributed automatically to the feed carts from the feed silos by the spiral augers located in a pipe with90-150 mm diameter. Feed carts are moved by steel cables and 0,75,1.50 HP(according to the chicken house length and hopper) electric gear motors over the rails that are located on the top of the battery chicken cages.

1. Feed Hopper: Each layer of cages with two hoppers, thickness is 1.2mm, material is hot-dip galvanized steel

2. Traction Device : Power of motor:0.75kw, tow rope: pp rope with 14mm, speed: 8.67m/minute.

3. Track of Trolley: Hot-dip galvanized steel with 48mm*2.75mm.

4. Head and end frame: Hot-dip galvanized steel with 40mm*60mm*3mm.

5. Each row feeding machine can be operated seperately.

6. The feeding trolley is conneted with the silo by the transverse feeding auger.

7. Suit for both A and H type layer battery chicken cage, broiler chicken cage, brooder cages etc.
