The egg collection belt is made of high tenacity polypropylene material, the color is white or gray, with red, yellow, blue, and green lines on it.

Polypropylene is extremely resistant to bacteria and fungi. Although it has not been surface treated, it can still resist acid and alkali corrosion. Moreover, polypropylene does not absorb water and will not be affected by sudden changes in humidity and temperature. Moreover, the yarn on the egg belt is made of ultraviolet and antistatic materials, which can prevent dust from being absorbed. The egg belt can be welded by sewing or ultrasonic, and the weaving width can reach 50mm to 70mm.

Egg collecting belt can effectively ensure the slow adsorption of eggs, prevent broken eggs and clean the eggs during eggs delivery process.

Automatic egg collection system has advanced technology and reasonable structure. Egg collecting belt automatically transmit the eggs from each row of chicken cage to the front of the chicken house. Egg collection device gently transfers the eggs to the vertical egg picker, which is on the egg picking table. The egg picker collects the eggs at the egg collection table, and then collects them to the designated place by the workers, or connects the egg conveyor belt to collect the eggs from multiple chicken cage together.

1. Egg collection device and egg picking adopt independent modular structure and separate design to meet the purchase needs of different customers and the additional needs of  future equipment.

2. Use C-shaped egg claws to achieve a smooth transition when the egg is turning, and effectively prevent the egg from being dropped when turning;

3. The egg picking device at the transition between the vertical egg picker and the egg collection system buffers the running speed of the eggs and reduces the egg breaking rate.
