1. Egg collecting for a double-layer full ladder cage is equipped with an independent egg collection belt and an automatic egg picker. It requires manual egg packing on two egg collection platforms.

2. Egg collection for single-layer flat cages is difficult to compare the egg collection techniques of flat and high-bed flat cages. Therefore, longitudinal egg collection belts, horizontal egg collection belts and automatic egg pickers are adopted; together they form an egg collection system to collect eggs. For eggs, every two rows of chicken cages share a vertical egg collection belt, and the automatic egg picker should be installed according to the operators in the chicken house;

3. Multi-layer chicken cage egg collecting is composed of longitudinal egg collection, eggs uploading collecting for lateral conveyor, and automatic egg picking machine. Longitudinal egg transfer belt transports each layer of eggs to the end of the chicken house, which transports the eggs up or down. These eggs are transported to the horizontal egg collecting conveyor and sent to the egg collecting table for final manual loading to the processing room in trays. Each row and layer of the conveyor belt constitutes a loop motor and a gear box to work together to ensure that the eggs can be moved on the conveyor belt at a uniform speed. The above rolling automatic egg collection equipment greatly improves work efficiency, also its egg breaking rate is reduced. The egg breaking rate of the automatic automatic egg picker is affected by the egg picking time and the number of times. The more eggs are collected, the lower egg breaking rate.
