100% polyester warp knitted fabric belongs to polyester fiber fabric. It has soft and comfortable feel, strong and durable, good elasticity, not easy to deform, corrosion resistance, insulation, crisp, easy to wash and dry, with a gram weight of 160g-260g and a width of 210cm-225cm. It is suitable for the production of most mattresses in the market

1. Polyester warp knitted fabric has good elasticity. When the elasticity is close to that of wool, it can be almost completely restored when the elongation is 5% ~ 6%. Crease resistance is superior to other fibers, that is, the fabric does not wrinkle and has good dimensional stability. The elastic modulus is 22 ~ 141cn / dtex, which is 2 ~ 3 times higher than that of nylon.

2. Heat resistance of polyester warp knitted fabric polyester is made by melt spinning, and the dimension of the formed fiber is heated and melted again. It belongs to thermoplastic fiber. The melting point of polyester fiber is relatively high, but the specific thermal void and thermal conductivity are small, so the dimensional heat resistance and absolute heat resistance of polyester fiber are higher. It is the best of synthetic fibers.

3. Polyester has smooth surface and closely arranged internal molecules.

4. Good wear resistance. The wear resistance is second only to the best nylon, which is better than other natural fibers and synthetic fibers.

6. Those with poor dyeability but good color fastness and not easy to fade. Polyester molecular chain has no specific dyeing group and small polarity, so it is difficult to dye the color, poor dyeability and difficult for dye molecules to enter.

7. The fabric made of ordinary polyester filament has the advantages of good strength, smooth and crisp, easy washing and fast drying, but it has some disadvantages, such as hard hand feel, poor touch, soft luster, poor air permeability and moisture absorption. If compared with silk fabrics, the gap is too large, so we must first imitate silk in the silk thread structure in order to eliminate the disadvantage of poor wearing performance.
