There are 8 action execution buttons on the controller side panel, another button for start and emergency stop functions, and one with LCD screen. It is connected to the controlled end PLC through the RS232 data interface. The 8 action buttons, the start control command and the data to be displayed by the PLC return are two-way interaction through the RS232 data interface, and the Moudbus protocol communication,

1) Emergency stop corresponds to the IO control signal mode alone, independent of the data interface, so that in any emergency, it can be photographed separately and instantly cut off the total power supply of the controlled end device to ensure the safe operation of the device.

2) 8 action execution buttons, all in jog mode, and no interlock logic is set, which is convenient for back-end PLC custom processing;

3) The content required to be displayed on the LCD screen is transmitted and displayed in real time through the ASCII code sent by the RS232 interface of the PLC, and the baud rate is 38400. The number of transmission data to be displayed and the name of the content unit shall be negotiated when the order is placed;

4) The start function layout is a key rotary switch, which is convenient for authorized persons to use.
