is same between connected type and PLC type. Die Head and Filter The die head could extrude material parison, inside installed with
die core and die cup. Each type of bottle needs to use different
types of the die core and cup. So, please order the suitable die core and cup for different types
of product. Control Buttons on Extruder The temperature could be controlled by the temperature controller. The ammeter could monitor if the heating parts are working
properly. The inverter could help to adjust extrude the material speed. Rotary Part of Machine Rotary part of machine could be worked with different sizes of
extruders. The rotary stations could be 4, 6, 8. The 6 stations is the most
hot sale type of machine, because it works well speed for ice lolly
products. If you need produce HDPE type bottles, such as milk or
yogurt bottles, you could choose 8 molds to be more high production
capacity.
The ice lolly tube product could be customized by each customer,
