Separate Style Blow Molding MachineThe blower and extruder is separate machine, it could be worked
together. Connected Type Blow Molding MachineConnected Style means the blower and extruder is one machine. PLC Type Rotary Blowing MachineThis type of blowing machine equipped with PLC control system. The
temperature controller and inverter system are build in PLC system,
which could be directly controlled by touch screen. The functions
is same between connected type and PLC type. Die Head and Filter The die head could extrude material parison, inside installed with
die core and die cup. Each type of bottle needs to use different
types of the die core and cup. So, please order the suitable die core and cup for different types
of product. Control Buttons on Extruder The temperature could be controlled by the temperature controller. The ammeter could monitor if the heating parts are working
properly. The inverter could help to adjust extrude the material speed. Rotary Part of Machine Rotary part of machine could be worked with different sizes of
extruders. The rotary stations could be 4, 6, 8. The 6 stations is the most
hot sale type of machine, because it works well speed for ice lolly
products. If you need produce HDPE type bottles, such as milk or
yogurt bottles, you could choose 8 molds to be more high production
capacity.
The ice lolly tube product could be customized by each customer,
normally it has 45ml, 80ml, 90ml. It could be marked with customer requested LOGO, ingredients or
production period. The shape could also be varied based on customer requirement. Molds Molds are produced follow customer requirement. Each pair of molds
need to be ordered separately with machine. Our company could produce molds also, after the machine produced,
it will be tested immediately. The molds are made of the high carbon mold steel, it could last for
10 years of working time. Detailed Images Different shapes of jelly or ice lolly could be produced based on
