PVDF Unbreakable ACM Aluminum Composite Panel for Wall Facade
As a new type of decorative material, PVDF aluminum composite panel has been introduced to China from Germany in the late 1980s and early 1990s. The construction method, excellent processing performance, excellent fire resistance and noble quality have quickly been favored by people.
The unique properties of the PVDF aluminum composite panel itself determine its wide range of uses: it can be used for building exterior walls, curtain wall panels, old building renovation and renovation, interior wall and ceiling decoration, advertising signs, display stands, purification and dust prevention project. It belongs to a new type of building decoration material.
Specifications PVDF aluminum composite panel is essentially composed of three layers which together along with a coating of PE combine to form a highly insulated flat panel. The two layers of aluminum sheets are bonded together permanently with an internal core of polyethylene which when coated through PE makes the surface even more flat and highly resistant. An important point is that only the front of the panel is coated with PE (Polyester) Paint so that maximum damage can be absorbed without damaging the interior core and sheet.

Product Characteristics 1) Our aluminum composite panel is with light weight, high intensity, and easy to maintain, cut, bend, arch and install. The panel average weight is 3.5 – 5.5 kg/sqm
