Product Description
EYAS1212 is a high resolution analog-digital cooled infrared module based on 1280x1024 formats 12μm pitch IR FPA.
This AD module includes a proximity board that provides the FPA timing, and the sensitive power supplies. In addition, the Camera Link interface outputs 16bit raw data which highly simplifies the integration of the detector to the system.
Therefore, EYAS1212 AD module makes it easy for OEM customers to carry out fast acceptance test on GST C1212M 1280x1024@12μm cooled infrared detector, start rapid secondary development and shorten their development period of cooled infrared modules or complete infrared thermal cameras or systems based on cooled infrared detectors.
Equipped with high performance signal processing circuit, EYAS series cooled AD module is applicable to all MCT&T2SL cooled infrared detectors by GST. Main Features

1. What is thermal sensitivity? Thermal Sensitivity, also named NETD (Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference), is a key parameter for evaluating medium wave (MWIR) and long wave (LWIR) thermal imaging cameras. It is directly related to the clarity measured by the thermal imager. It is a numerical value representing the signal-to-noise ratio of the temperature difference and measured in milliKelvins (mK). The smaller the thermal sensitivity value, the higher the sensitivity and the clearer the image.
2. What are the applications of thermal imaging? Temperature measurement and all-weather imaging are two basic functions of infrared thermal imaging technology. Products developed based on these two technologies are widely used in security & monitoring, UAV payloads, industrial inspection, firefighting, predictive maintenance, ADAS, epidemic prevention, AIoT etc.

MCT/ HgCdTe detector is a photoconductive detector that operates at a cryogenic environment and can detect infrared radiation. It is more sensitive than the thermal sensors. |
