Horizontal Solar PV Tracker
Working principle:
horizontal solar PV tracker is a device that orients a payload
toward the sun. It can track sun in east-west direction. It is
suitable for lower latitudes with high sun height angle. Its power
generation efficiency is 25% higher than fixed sun panel tracking.
The solar tracking system can be installed at ground level or roof.
Single axis solar tracker includes, mounting bracket for solar
panel, horizontal shaft, rotation drive mechanism, wind speed
detection device and tracking controller. Single axis solar tracker
has one degree of freedom that acts as an axis of rotation. The
axis of rotation of single axis trackers is typically aligned along
a true North meridian. It is possible to align them in any cardinal
direction with advanced tracking algorithm.
Solar tracker is a system that tests and optimizes the tracking
accuracy of single-axis solar trackers. It accurately monitors
second by second the inclination of PV modules, analytically
calculates the deviation from the optimal tilt, and generates the
tilt-correction parameters delivering optimized alignment and
maximized energy production.
Functions:
1. Single row independent drive unit, no connection between row and
row, to ensure convenient traffic between square array;
2. Slew drive design, with high transfer efficiency and good
environmental adaptability, the drive unit can be maintained free
for 25 years;
