Product Description

Almost all marinas will use mobile gondolas to provide lifting and lowering services for marina yachts. The yacht crane is mainly composed of the main structure, walking wheelset, lifting mechanism, steering mechanism, hydraulic transmission system, electrical control system and other parts.
According to the different needs of customers, the yacht crane can move ships or yachts of different tonnages (10 tons-800 tons) from the shore tank for maintenance, maintenance or launching of new ships on the shore. Use soft but strong slings to lift the yacht evenly without causing any damage to its surface. Moreover, the ships can be quickly arranged together in turn, and the distance between the placed hulls can be very small, saving storage space

Main Features

• 1. For the crane traveling, this crane can move in diagonal direction, this boat and yacht handling crane also can steer in 90 degree and put the boat in any designated position according to requirements.

• 2. This crane can be adjusted the width of the main girder according to the boat in case to handling different side boat.

• 3. This yacht handling crane is of low expense, high performance, easy to operate and maintenance and so on. 4. Low cost on the daily operation, it adopts the soft and firm belt to ensure there is no harm to the boat when hoisting.

Environmental Conditions

1. The power source is three-phase alternating current,rated frequency is 50HZ,rated voltage is 380V.
2. The working environment temperature ranges from -20℃ to +45℃ and the relative humidity is no lower than 95%(with dew).
3. In-service, the wind speed should be no higher than 20m/s; out-of-service, the wind speed should be no higher than 44m/s.
4. The working class is A6-A7.
5. The gradient of crane traveling floor should be less than 1% and part of that should be no more than 3%.
6. The crane which has the special requirement for working conditions, can be manufactured following the contracts.
