QC/Technical Support

 

Each production line has one QC to 100% inspect the finish products then to pack into cartons .

 

Each department has two QC to random inspect the production lines and the finished products.

 

One QC mananger and two QC directors for whole factory.

 

 

Factory Inspection Method And Procedure

 

1. Factory must keep all the record when inspect the goods, the inspection record should be including the style No./Color/inspection date/defected/quantity/pass or not ;

 

2. Factory must control the evaluation standard for every batch to ensure the materials are good before proceeding the mass production;

 

3. Random check the printing quality in-line and 100% take inspection after finishing.
