Quality Control:

1) Checking the raw material after they reach our factory------- Incoming quality control ( IQC)
2) Checking the details before the production line operated
3) Have full inspection and routing inspection during mass production---In process quality control(IPQC)
4) Checking the goods after they are finished---- Final quality control(FQC)
5) Checking the goods after they are finished-----Outgoing quality control(OQC)

 

Whole process quality assurance system

1.Scientific and effective quality management = total quality control, is to let the whole staff participate in, collective wisdom

2.Process engineer assists process engineer to complete material analysis, process analysis and simulation analysis

3.The process engineer is responsible for making a complete process flow card to ensure that the processing technology is more scientific and effective

4.IQC controls the incoming materials, IPQC is responsible for the production process, and FQC ensures the perfect delivery

5.With standardized production process and fine division of labor, we can deal with high-quality precision parts processing

6.We can deal with precision parts, the highest machining accuracy can reach ± 002mm (part) ± 0.001)
