Product Introduction This product is a high-precision, wide-response frequency Ethernet
high-frequency vibration sensor for real-time measurement of
triaxial vibration, capable of outputting triaxial vibration
acceleration values in real time. It is widely applicable to
real-time status analysis of rotating machinery such as motors,
pumps, fans, air compressors, gas engines, generators, reducers,
and gearboxes in industrial fields, providing accurate information
on equipment operating status and health. Key features: - Ultra-high response frequency bandwidth. Measurement range up to 10
kHz, covering the fault frequency range of most rotating machinery
in industrial settings;
- Ultra-high sensitivity and linearity. The sensor uses a 20-bit ADC
sampling method, achieving a sensitivity of 0.095 mg/LSB,
accurately capturing various slight vibrations and meeting most
field requirements;
- High integration. Simultaneously provides triaxial (X, Y, Z)
vibration transient data, replacing the traditional "data
acquisition card + sensor" data acquisition mode;
- Ethernet communication interface. Data is directly uploaded to a
server or platform via Ethernet communication, eliminating the need
for any intermediate controllers or adapter modules. The 10/100M
adaptive Ethernet interface allows for easy and uninterrupted
uploading of real-time transient waveforms to the platform or
server;
- The sensor is powered by a DC 12V power supply to ensure stable
data upload.
