ACA2000T-CAN2.0A OUTPUT DUAL-AXIS TILT SENSOR PRECISION ATTITUDE SENSOR General Description The ACA2000T-CAN2.0A is a fully temperature-compensated, high-precision dual-axis inclinometer developed by RION Technology, based on its advanced high-precision tilt platform. Designed for long-term field monitoring and leveling, it delivers exceptional temperature stability and maintains high measurement accuracy across a wide operating range of -40°C to +85°C. The system integrates a high-resolution 24-bit differential A/D converter, combined with a fifth-order digital filtering algorithm, allowing it to accurately measure tilt and pitch angles relative to the horizontal plane. The sensor features a non-contact installation method—simply mount it on the surface of the target object with screws, and it will automatically calculate inclination and attitude angles, with no need for relative alignment or dual-surface mounting. Engineered for industrial-grade environments, the ACA2000T-CAN2.0A offers robust resistance to electromagnetic interference, as well as strong shock and vibration tolerance. These advantages, along with its ease of integration and use, give it a competitive edge among domestic alternatives, making it well-suited for high-end industrial applications requiring reliable and precise tilt measurement.
