SDA116T/SDA126T is RION's MODBUS output tilt sensor designed for
industrial field control. It features dynamic and static dual-mode
algorithms, automatically switching modes based on working
conditions to ensure high-precision measurements in diverse
environments. In static conditions, the sensor employs a static algorithm for
precise tilt measurement. Under dynamic conditions, a dynamic
algorithm ensures accurate measurements during motion. Data is
transmitted via an RS485 differential bus, with a built-in
high-precision 16-bit A/D converter and a 5th-order filtering
algorithm to measure tilt and pitch angles relative to the
horizontal plane. Temperature drift is corrected using an integrated temperature
sensor, ensuring consistent accuracy in both low and
high-temperature environments. The standard output response
frequency is 18Hz, with customizable options for higher
frequencies. These industrial-grade sensors offer reliable performance, robust
expandability, and multiple output options, making them ideal for
harsh industrial control environments.
