Q1. Are the pictures real?
A. All the pictures were taken by our company and all of the pictures are real.

Q2. What's the wavelength of the UV Curing LED Lamp?
A. The wavelength of UV LED Lamp usually are 365-405nm, the wavelength for inkjet printer is 395nm,

385/395nm for printing machine, 365nm for UV glue.
Q3. What's the brand of LED chip you use?
A. The LED chip brand we use are LG, Epileds, Seoul.
Q4. What's the materials of the lamp and lens ?
A. The materials of lamp is Aluminum, and the lens are quartz.

Attention should be paid to welding high-power UV LED:
1) The welding time should not exceed 3S;
2) Welding temperature should be less than 260 degrees Celsius.

3) Please make sure that the electricity parameters such as voltage and current does not exceed the rated clectricity parameters of the products.

4) Do a good job of heat dissipation measures, especially high-power UVLED as far as possible to ensure adequate radiator area.
5) In order to prolong the lifetime of ultraviolet light emitting diodes, it is recommended to use a stable constant current driving power supply or IC instead of a constant voltage driving power supply or IC.
