Applications Gray Granular Plastic Moisture Absorber for Use in Recycled
Materials in Film and Injection Molding Function: Absorbs moisture and eliminates water content within polyethylene
(PE) and polypropylene (PP), suitable for both recycled and virgin
resin processing. Application Simplicity: Easily blended with PE, PP, or other polymers during the production
of agricultural films and other molded products.
Recommended Addition Rate: Product Overview: The Moisture-Absorbing Desiccant Masterbatch is formulated using
inorganic functional materials compounded with a polyethylene
carrier through advanced manufacturing technologies. It offers
excellent dispersion, avoids screen clogging, and ensures
processing stability. This product provides a cost-efficient alternative compared to
other drying masterbatches available on the market. PE-200 is extensively applied in recycled LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE, and PP
plastic manufacturing. By incorporating a small amount of this
