Plastic defoaming masterbatch is a new type of functional masterbatch developed specifically to solve the problem of water bubbles that are difficult to eliminate during the processing of PS products. The master batch is prepared by nanotechnology, adding inorganic nano powder and water absorption component to organic polymer material and dispersing in polymer matrix in nanometer scale, thus preparing organic-inorganic nanocomposite master batch. Adding this masterbatch to the plastic matrix can strongly absorb moisture from the plastic during the molding process, and the product has good compatibility with the PE,PP resin matrix. This product can be widely used in the processing of new materials, recycled materials, and damp plastics, ensuring product quality and yield, improving production efficiency, and reducing energy consumption. This product is non-toxic and non irritating, environmentally friendly.

Features

1. Reduction-prevention of moisture related problems including: porosity and lacing in products

2. Water absorption: it can absorb the water equivalent of 20% of its own weight

3. Without changing of the processing technology and equipments

Guidelines

1. Check the condition of inner packing and forbid using if damaged;

2. Use up within 48 hours after opening the inner packing;

3. Addition rate: 1%~3%;

4. Simply mix with plastic raw materials;

5. Forbid drying with recycled plastic materials.

Packing & Store

1. Handle carefully to avoid packaging damaged;

2. Store in ventilated, dry and cool place to keep out of sun exposure and rain;

3. Recommended storage life(package not open): up to 6 months provided it is stored as directed.
