Micro steel fiber Introduction

Micro steel fibers are made of copper-coated steel wire which is the most important materials of UHPC. Because UHPC has the
features of extreme high strength. It is a good and a new kind of construction materials. Micro steel fiber is widely used in the
high speed railway slab, expressway, RPC coverplates and UHPC constructional components.

We are the factory and we can produce the length of our fibers to your specifications.
Most of our customers select fiber lengths of 10mm, 13 mm, 16 mm or 20 mm (with 13 mm being the
most common length). 

Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete (SFRC) is a composite material having fibers
as the additional ingredients, dispersed uniformly at random in plain concrete.

Dosage: 120kg/m3-200kg/m3
Mixing: When pouring sand and aggregates into the hopper, mix an appropriate amount of micro steel fibers
evenly, and then add cement ,mix for 2 minutes.
