JH-414N is the variant of JH-414N specification which pass through longer tested. Except the carbide of chrome, this welding material still include fine distribution special carbide, these carbide can improve anti grinding performance. Additionally, the JH-414N has better gain structure than JH-414N after specially adjust the recipe. So the responding of this welding material more flexible than responding of shock load. This improved the anti grind performance under light shock performance. So JH-414N most suitable to use the cover layer of undertake high wear and middle shock load assemblies.
