1. Introduction

JH-6000DEG has the functions of open-arc surfacing, swing surfacing and submerged-arc surfacing. The function of ARC-BREAKING memory, self-stabilization of gun head and automatic control of arc pressure in surfacing process. Stable wire feeding and large wire feeding moment during surfacing process can realize high-speed surfacing and swing surfacing, increase penetration and deposit efficiency.

The electromagnetic and mechanical stirring effect of arc on the molten pool is strengthened in the swing surfacing process, which makes the weld structure more reasonable and uniform and the weld bead more smooth. All process parameters, including current, voltage, wire feeding speed, walking speed, walking distance, bead width and welding time, are automatically controlled

The machine tool control system uses Chinese (English) touch screen man-machine conversation data. It can set the moving speed, swing speed, swing width, welding speed, rotating speed and the length of continuous casting roll to realize automatic control.
