Wear resistant overlay steel plate is using special high hardness open arc wire to overlay uniformly resistant alloy cladding layer processing, to protect the surface from ordinary carbon steel plate. Its working principle is the work piece is placed on the work piece carrier; welding arm with open arc welding torches on gantry frame move horizontally, up and down; so that the welding nozzle head aligning on the welding seam, and then by the gantry shelf moving on the rail as straight line, weld automatically. This machine can weld four welding seam at the same time.
