1. Machine Introduction

JH-380 Inwall Pipe Automatic Welding Machine is a new generation of the automatic overlay weldingmachine developed by our company, which is featured with a high level of automation, designs conforming to the manual machine operation and simple operation.JH-380 is functioned by the welding parameter memory storage, wireless remote control, automatic location finding, circulating water cooling control with variable frequency, abnormal information alarm and so on against any demand for manual intervention to the welding process of the machine. The machine is controlled by the TECO high-performance PLC and 10.2-inch man-machine touch screen and its offsetting is controlled by synchronous lifting trolley to ensure the accuracy of welding process. Moreover, the machine rotates the pipes by synchronous roller drive, which maximizes the synchronization coefficient between the rotary drive machine and the pipe.
