JH-350-C surfacing welding machine has welding mode selection,
welding automatic start and stop function, teaching function and so
on.
1. Welding mode selection: After the device is turned on, you can
click the graphic mark corresponding to the menu bar at the top of
the screen according to the welding needs. The graphic mark will
turn blue and automatically enter the corresponding function page.
All the interfaces are displayed in the form of graphics. In front
of the user, the operation is simple and easy to understand.
2. Automatic start and stop function of welding: Through the
welding parameters obtained by teaching, after the welding machine
completes the welding according to the welding trajectory
calculated by the program, it automatically extinguishes the arc
and returns to the safe position for standby.
3. Teaching function: manually control the welding gun to move to
the position where welding needs to be started before welding,
press the starting point setting button, then manually control the
welding gun to move to the position where the welding is stopped,
press the welding end point setting button, PLC automatically
remembers the starting point and The position of the torch at the
end point and the welding process route are calculated to achieve
automatic welding.
