This coffee capsules filling sealing machine is
customized for MENSHEN plastic Nespresso capsules with a rotating
stacked capsules denester. There's total 10 capsules cavities for
loading the empty Nespresso capsules, and it will be rotated
automatically one by one that driven by a stepping motor after one
cavity runs out of the stacked Nespresso capsules.
After the empty Nespresso capsules were filled with
ground coffee and sealed with rolled foil lids, the finished
Nespresso capsules will be conveyed into the bagging machine to
pack the plastic capsules into plastic bags, one capsule one bag or
ten capsules one bag.
