The machine is used to make dolce gusto coffee capsules, it can be filled with coffee powder, milk powder, tea and other materials. It applies an industrial automation, completing the required processes of product packaging automatically. So it has higher production efficiency. The whole frame of the machine adopts 304 stainless steel.

It has four lanes, so it produces about 9,000 to 12,000 capsules in an hour. If you have higher quantity demand, you can choose this one.

Usage of the four lanes dolce gusto capsule filling and sealing machine

1. vertical capsule loading

The capsules will load through the four lanes. Before the auger filling,  there will be a capsule sensor to test if there is a capsule. No capsule, no filling.

2. auger filling

The vacuum filling machine/ screw filling machine will fill the capsules automatically. When the warehouse lack materials, the machine will set alarms and automatically add materials.

3. tamp and clean

Before sealing, the powder will be tamped tightly and the top edge of the capsules will be cleaned.

4. precut films

You can choose precut films or roll films. Both ways are of high-precision. Fine tooth cylinder blade can realize online cutting and sealing at the same time. The sealing deviation is within 0.1mm. With the identification mark system, servo motor drives roll film expansion and dragging precisely;

5. heat sealing

Before sealing, there will be a film sensor. No films, no sealing. Heat sealing or ultrasound sealing to make sure all the products are qualified. The swing arms will pick out all the perfect ones to the conveyor belt and count the quantity automatically.

From the beginning to the end, there will be a nitrogen flushing system. It creates a low-pressure environment. When the nitrogen source pressure and flow rate meet the conditions, the residual of Oxygen will be reduced to less than 1% in the capsule, so that the fresh coffee is sealed and wrapped by highly pure nitrogen.
