◆ Raw Material Test

1.Material Certificate: For most of our raw material, Certification of raw material is required.
2.Mannual Inspection: Our quality inspectors check the raw material and tell the inspection result to our purchaser workmate ; for any unqualified material, they will tell our purchaser and production department at the first time .

◆ Proceed Control

1.Drawing: We have specific drawing for each product, our workes will produce as per the drawing
2.Mould: There are workers who are in charge of moulding storage and maintenance to keep product quality steady.
3.Random inspection during the production: The team leader and quality inspector make random inspections every day, so that they could find problems or unqualified products immediately.
4.Inspection by workers of next workflow: Our workers of next workflow will check the semi-finished products again, if there is unquanlified items, they usually pick them out to repair or throw them into waste bin

◆ Finished Product

1.Mannual Inspection: Our inspector check the quality of finished products again
2.Test by Machine: Some of the product need to be tested by machines ,such as the tensile force of tie rod, strength of jack base etc.
3.Inspect before package :Our Package workers will check the quantity again
4.Inspect before delivery :Before delivery, warehouse keeper and delivery director check the goods again
5.Inspect by sales : The sales will also check the goods of their own customers
