Fluid Ends of Mud Pump

1. The blank is made of high-strength alloy steel 35 CrMoA and 40 CrMoMn, with ultrasonic detection as forging, secondary refining by electric furnace and deoxygenation if needed. After normalizing and rough processing, the inner wall of the blank is quenched and tempered until the rigidity meets HB285-330.

2. The forging pieces are forged three dimensionally with forging ration of no less than 4.0:1.0. No defects such as interlining, crack, impurities, delivery, overburning and weldment are discovered in forgings which comply with JB/TQ252-81 after examination of class III.

3. The curve of each cylinder in inner chamber is chamfered manually or by the grinding wheel into circular arc R≥8, and is examined by the pressure test of 49Mpa and 1 hour.

4. Tests such as ultrasonic detection, magnetic particle detection, size inspection and thermal test are performed.
