A:The warranty period is one year.During the warranty period, in case of non-human injury, we will provide free repair or replacement, including delivery costs.Beyond warranty: we provide repair parts at a lower cost and provide services free of charge.

A:Sample 100% TT,batch order 30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery

Q4:How long is the delivery time?

A:For the finished products in stock, the delivery time is within 3-7 days;No inventory for 20-25 days;For customized samples and bulk orders, the lead time is 7-30 days.

Q5:How can I get a sample?

A:Since most of our products are high value products, there are no free samples.If you need to order a sample for inspection, we would like you to pay the sample fee and freight, and the sample will be sent to you upon receipt of payment.
