Lost Products: If products get lost in delivery, or you still do not get your item for a long time, please contact our customer service timely. We will deal with this ASAP. Please do not deal with it all by yourself, we want you communicate with us. Usually, we will provide tracking number and tracking link timely. If products get lost on the way and we get confirm from couriers, we will arrange redelivery for your products. If you want ship it through express, then you need to pay express shipping fee.

A: Send inquiry → Offer quotation →Confirm quotation & pay tooling charge → Provide drawing → confirm drawing → make tooling & samples → Samples finished → Delivery via freight or sea collect

A: Yes, we usually provide 5-8pcs free samples, you just need to pay the tooling charge.

For small quantity orders we ship by UPS Air-Express,or DHL/FEDEX/TNT/EMS Express service, it is safe and fast.
For large quantity orders we ship by buyer's cargo agent in China, we can also ship by Air transportation or sea transportation.

A: Yes, we offer 12 months warranty for our products. Damage due to misuse, ill treatment and unauthorized modifications and repairs are not covered by our warranty.
