2: For the LCD products with metal pins, the use of the process to strictly prevent the pull, twist of metal pins, welding pins, welding time should be short (less than 3-4S), so as not to destroy the reliable connection between metal pins and LCD, LCD can not work normally.

3. Since the LCD surface is plastic polarized light sheet, it should be prevented from being scratched or defiled by hard objects during use. The protective film of the polarized light sheet on the LCD viewing surface should be removed when the final assembly is completed.

4. Since LCD is low-voltage and micro-power consumption product, if the glass surface is conductive due to moisture, crosstalk display will be generated, resulting in the LCD can't display normally.

5. In order to prevent the liquid crystal from producing electrochemical reaction and affecting the life of the LCD, the driving voltage shall be guaranteed to have the smallest DC component (< 50mA).

6: Liquid crystal and polaroid are organic matter, in the process of use, should prevent a long time exposure to ultraviolet radiation, photochemical reaction on the production, resulting in LCD performance degradation.
