Product Application

2.Guarantee: In order to ensure our products' quality, each process has been aranged QC. And there are many advanced machines introduced to check the products quality. The goods will have a ramdom test before delivery. One year for warranty under normal use.

If you have any prodcut quality problem, you can send it back to us with the original condition,we will repair or exchange new one for you.

If you have any using problem of the products which buy from Qihang, please feedback to us first, and we will discuss the issue with you. Via our technical support, we can dig out your using problem via our technical support in most of cases.

Lost Products: If products get lost in delivery, or you still do not get your item for a long time, please contact our customer service timely. We will deal with this ASAP. Please do not deal with it all by yourself, we want you communicate with us. Usually, we will provide tracking number and tracking link timely. If products get lost on the way and we get confirm from couriers, we will arrange redelivery for your products. If you want ship it through express, then you need to pay express shipping fee.

Technical Service

1. I want to ask the LED Backlight outline size is 250*30*1.5(mm)...…?
Answer: No problem. Firstly, pls send us your specification /drawing paper or samples,; we will introduce the suitable one if it is standard products.
Or we can modify based on your own drawing and requirement.

2. This LED Backlight is just what we want, but it is big size, do you have any smaller size? And the display content need to be changed a little.
Answer: For the LED Backlight type , if you need to modify the outline size which needs to open new tooling as customized one. we will analyze and share with you about the tooling specification/drawing. After you approve the specification/drawing ok , then we will start to open the tooling after your payment, After samples approved by you, then start the mass production.

3. This LCD Backlight is yellow-green, but I want blue backlight.
Answer: No problem, we can change the colors for you basic on your demand.

4. I want customize a new LED Backlight. Can you do?
Answer: Yes, we can. Please send your specification /drawing paper. If you have not, please kindly advise the outline size of the LED display, luminance, voltage, glass thickness if need backlight or PCB board with IC, We will evaluate the cost and give you price soon.

5. What is leading time for tooling?
Answer: Normally it will takes10 to 15 days after drawing paper confirmation and tooling payment, we can tell you the exact time when you confirm the drawing paper. We will provide 10-15pcs free samples for your approval after open tooling.

6. Can you send us samples for checking?
Answer: Yes,. Samples order is available if standard products or if we have stocks at hands.
If customize LED backlight, free samples (10-15pcs) can be offered you by free of charger.

7. What is the Leading Time?
Answer: If we have stock for the standard ones, the leading time is one day after payment. If it is the mass production for special ones, the leading time is about 15-30 days. If we can finish earlier, we will send you information in advanced.
