Description of Chocky Bars

Chocky bar is Used for a variety of wear protection on buckets, excavators,dragline machines or for lining chutes and rock box edges,VIBO Chocky Bars are available in a wide range of sizes. Thanks to the grooves and chocky shape,they can be bent,slit and formed onto inside or outside contoured surfaces easily.

Chocky bars ‘standard thickness is 23mm, standard length is 240mm, width from 25mm to 150mm. VIBO can supply special type according to customers drawing.

2. Welding technique

We adopt Vacuum Brazing technique for welding, two layers could be tightly laminated, and effective laminated surface percentage is higher than 95%, thus laminated layers won't seperate under tough working condition.
