General knowledge and characteristics of frame solenoid:

12V, 24V, 48V push-pull electromagnets use a coil to generate large magnetic force in a small space. The assembled coil is packaged in a metal iron pipe, and steel with high permeability is used to achieve small size and weight, and generate large attraction. The movable core is designed to increase the output force by 20% ~ 50% by using an auxiliary magnetic circuit.

Generally speaking, the guide rod of 12V electromagnet is fixed on the moving iron core, and can be connected at any end of the guide rod when used. Therefore, the guide rod with load connected at the bottom end acts like a push type electromagnet. If it is connected to the movable core end, the electromagnet acts like a pull type electromagnet
