Printhead:
Adopt Epson I3200-A1 printhead with 3200 nozzles which can improve the speed of printing greatly.Variable
dot technology,3 sizes of dots can be generated for smoother gradation vivid colors and sharp images.
 

 

Leadshine Motor:
Leadshine server motor driver giving stability of pringting.
 

 

Ink Tank:
Bulk tanks with 3L capacity make sure the continuous ink supply.Sub-tank is to keep all color ink always
at the same level.
 

 

Maintenance Station:
The capping station is imported from overseas to ensure its reliability and permanence. It can protect and
clean head efficiently and conveniently. It can clean head, moisturize and pump ink Full automatically. Keep
ink supply system work fluently.
 

 

Carriage:
Independent RD double heads split & joint adjustment. Let heads vertical calibration is easy and convenient.

Printing heads height can be adjust 2~5mm adopting different materials thickness.
 

 

Drying System:
Independent R D infrared and drying fans can dry printing materials in short time.
 

 

Duide Rail:
Import Japan THK linear guide rail makes carriage movement smooth and low noise.
 
APPLICATION
