Intelligent Helium Leak Detection System with ≥95% Recovery & Leak Testing FunctionThe Intelligent Helium Leak Detection System operates based on the principle of using helium as a tracer gas. Helium is injected into the workpiece, and the leakage accuracy is then detected rapidly and precisely by the helium leak detector. Installation RequirementsMain Power Supply: It demands a three-phase five-wire 380VAC power source with a power of 15KW. Eight air switches are needed, which should be installed at a height of ≥1.5M from the ground and within a distance of ≤2M from the main equipment placement position.
Gas Supply: 1.Helium: At least 1 bottle of 40 liters 12MPa bottled helium with a 0.1MPa pressure reducing valve. 2.High-purity nitrogen: Bottled high-purity nitrogen (≥99.999%) with a 0.2MPa pressure reducing valve. 3.Compressed air: Clean compressed air with a pressure ranging from 0.55 - 0.7MPa. The gas supply interfaces must be within a distance of ≤1M from the machine placement position. 4.Others: An outdoor exhaust pipe with a diameter of ≥3/4″ is required, and its interface should be within a distance of ≤1M from the machine placement position.
