Basic Leak Detection Principle:

Based on the fundamental principle of helium leak detection, helium gas is used as a tracer gas. The helium gas is injected into the workpiece within the vacuum chamber, and then the helium leak detector is employed to detect helium signals within the vacuum chamber, thereby enabling high-precision, rapid, and accurate assessment of the overall leakage condition of the workpiece.

Basic Functions with Leak Testing Equipment:

The operator pushes the workpiece into the vacuum chamber and connects the quick-connect fitting inside the chamber to the sealing joint of the sample pipe. By pressing the close chamber button, the system automatically executes the entire process, including gross leak detection, evacuation and helium filling, fine leak detection, and helium recovery.
