Application Scope:

The vacuum sintering furnace is mainly used for vacuum sintering of materials such as strong magnetic materials, high-density alloys, cemented carbides, ceramics, and stainless steel. It transforms porous powder compacts into alloys with certain structures and properties in high-temperature and vacuum environments. In special cases, it is necessary to apply a necessary protective gas, such as hydrogen or nitrogen, in the vacuum sintering furnace.

Product Features:

The vacuum sintering furnaces produced are mainly used for vacuum sintering of parts made of special alloys, special materials, and stainless steel products, as well as purification and calcination of materials such as graphite, ultra-hard powders, tungsten, molybdenum, and tantalum powders.

The heaters come in two forms: graphite heaters and metal heaters, with corresponding heat preservation and insulation structures. Users can choose according to the sintering material.

Furnace temperatures are available in several specifications of 1300°C, 1600°C, 1800°C, 2000°C, 2200°C, and 2400°C for users to choose from.
