Application Scope:

Vacuum diffusion welding is an efficient welding technique that involves closely bonding the workpieces to be welded under a vacuum environment. By maintaining a specific temperature and pressure for a certain period of time, the atoms at the contact surfaces diffuse and form a bond. The diffusion welding furnace primarily consists of a vacuum resistance furnace and a press. Diffusion welding is mainly used for welding between dissimilar metals, metals, and ceramics. With the addition of a hot pressing mold, the diffusion welding furnace can be directly used for hot pressing and sintering of workpieces, further expanding its application range.

Product Features:

The vacuum diffusion welding furnace adopts an integrated design, with the entire assembly mounted on a steel frame. Its compact layout significantly reduces the floor space required, making transportation and installation extremely convenient. The heating chamber employs a metal heat shield, and the vacuum system can be configured with a diffusion pump unit or a molecular pump unit, achieving ultimate vacuum levels of 10-4Pa and 10-5Pa respectively. Additionally, the vacuum diffusion welding furnace offers a wide range of operating temperatures, selectable from 300℃ to 1600℃, and adjustable pressing forces ranging from 3 to 50 tons, meeting various welding requirements.
