Application Scope:

The vacuum quenching furnace is primarily utilized for the vacuum quenching treatment of metal materials, aiming to enhance their hardness and fatigue strength. After vacuum quenching, the workpiece is free from oxidation and decarburization, boasting uniform hardness, minimal deformation, and a bright surface.

Product Features:

The air-cooling system is equipped with an efficient all-copper heat exchanger and a fan with a special structure, ensuring sufficient and powerful cooling capacity.

The heating chamber mainly utilizes graphite heating elements and graphite felt for heat preservation. Two options are available for graphite felt: full hard felt and a combination of hard felt and soft felt. The graphite hard felt used in the configuration is made at a graphitization temperature of 2000°C, ensuring its performance and service life.

There are two furnace types: vertical and horizontal. Typically, the heating chamber of the vertical furnace is circular, while the heating chamber of the horizontal furnace is rectangular.

With the same size of the working area, it features the smallest heat zone and shell, or the largest working area within the same shell, effectively reducing the heating power consumption per unit volume and the consumption of high-purity nitrogen.

The equipment layout adopts a modular design with a building block-like construction, minimizing the occupied area, saving installation space, and facilitating maintenance and repair.
