Working process and function description:

The operator installs the filling gun on the filling port of the automobile brake system, presses the start button on the filling gun, the filling gun automatically clamps the filling port, and the equipment starts the automatic working procedure: Auto Parts Test Equipment

1) First, the vacuum valve is opened, the equipment vacuums the brake system, and the vacuum gauge monitors the vacuum degree in the system; and the vacuum degree value drawn is displayed on the touch screen in real time. If the vacuum is within the set vacuum time If the temperature fails to reach the set value, the equipment stops the automatic working procedure and sends out an alarm signal;

2) If the vacuum in the system reaches the set value within the set evacuation time, the equipment will perform a pressure-holding leak check on the system; if the vacuum in the system rises above the set value within the set leak detection time, The equipment stops the automatic working procedure and sends out an alarm signal;

3) If within the set leak detection time, the vacuum level in the system does not rise above the set value, the equipment will vacuum the system a second time, then the evacuation valve is closed, the filling valve is opened, and the brake fluid is injected into the system. Flow meter and pressure sensor dual control the filling volume;

4) When the filling pressure reaches the set value, the suction valve opens, and the excess liquid is sucked back into the equipment; at this time, the equipment sends out a work completion signal;

5) The operator disconnects the filling gun from the system filling port and puts the gun back on the gun holder.

The device has two modes, manual and automatic, and the switch between manual and automatic is performed through the touch screen.
