IP Test Equipment Water Proof Testing System For IPX1 To IPX7 Open Type

Standard:

IEC 60529 Degrees of protection provided by enclosures (IP Code) IPX1, IPX2, IPX3, IPX4, IPX5 IPX6, IPX7;

IEC 60598-1 Luminaires – Part 1: General requirements and tests clause 9.2 Tests for ingress of dust, solid objects and moisture;

IEC 60335-1 Household and similar electrical appliances – Safety – Part 1: General requirements clause 15 Moisture resistance;

Test sample:

Mainly used in lighting, household appliances, industrial electrical, communication cabinets, auto parts, mobile intelligence and other fields.

System structure:

IPX1to X7 water proof testing system including drip box for IPX1 and IPX2 test, oscillating tubes and a spray nozzle for IPX3 and IPX4 test , a nozzle jet for IPX5 and IPX6 test, aΦ600mm turntable, a water supply (also for IPX7 immersion) and electrical control cabinet.

The vertical drip test frame is installed and fixed on the wall. The drip box is driven up and down by a chain drive screw to meet the 200mm drip height requirement; the oscillating tube is also installed on the wall and is rotated by the motor.
