Test principle:

According to the basic leak detection principle of helium leak detection, helium is used as the tracer gas. In the internal leak detection cycle, helium is filled into the B cavity of the workpiece to detect the internal leak between A and B; in the external leak detection cycle, A and B are filled with helium at the same time to detect the leakage of the cavity; the helium leak detector can accurately determine the leakage of the plate heat exchanger with high accuracy, quickly and accurately.

The workpiece first detects the internal leakage at the internal leakage detection station, and then pushes the product to the external leakage detection station through the conveyor line to detect the external leakage.

For a three-cavity workpiece, in the internal leakage detection cycle, cavity A is filled with helium to detect the leakage between AB and AC; in the external leakage detection cycle, A, B, and C are simultaneously filled with helium to detect the external leakage of the cavity . Leak Testing Equipment
