The vacuum chamber helium leak detection system has three vacuum
chambers, and three vacuum chambers work linked. The operator puts
the parts into the vacuum chamber and connects them with the quick
joints, and then simultaneously presses the two green buttons on
the upper edge of the vacuum chamber. The chamber door is closed
and the detection cycle begins automatically. Grating protectors
are installed on both sides of the vacuum chamber door, and when
the door is closed, it is ensured that there is no object in the
door area that interferes with the movement of the door. Once one
of the doors is closed, the detection cycle in this chamber
