How is this machine automatic produce 3 or 4 ply disposable flat masks?
The whole roll of fabric is driven by rollers after unwinding, and the fabric is automatically folded and hemmed; Nose strip is cut to length and guide into the hemmed fabric. Two sides Ultrasonic welding and sealing edge of the mask, and cutting and shaping by a cutter; Conveying the mask to the ear loop welding stations through an assembly line, and finally forming the mask by ultrasonic welding earloop; Mask is transported to the conveyor belt for collection when the processing of mask making ended.
