Electrostatic Spraying Yellow Foldable Aluminum Mobile Vehicle
Barrier The main purpose of the mini collision avoidance device is to
forcibly stop small vehicles traveling at low speeds, but also to
warn the driver to pay attention to the road ahead and slow down. The mini crash-avoidance device weighs 13.4kg. The product has a
foldable design. The folded size is only L1100*W664*H200. You can
fold it up in the trunk of your car when not in use. Easy to carry.
Three rubber panels are installed at the bottom of the mini
collision avoidance device, which increases friction with the
ground when impacted, forcing the car to stop. The device also has
two shock absorbing springs that can withstand a certain amount of
impact.
Mini crashproof also holds our LED light guide arrow board for
direction indication.

maintenance, temporary work zones, etc. |
Parking principle When the small vehicle hits the mini barrier, the front wheel of
the small vehicle is lifted by the mini barrier, and the momentum
of the vehicle is directed downward to the ground, greatly reducing
the forward power. The power is transferred to the shock absorber
and rubber pad at the bottom of the equipment. Under the action of
friction, the vehicle is finally stopped.
How to use the Mini Mobile Vehicle Barrier
Setup diagram for the Mini Mobile Vehicle Barrier
Comparison Overview TableQ&A How to use it? Deploy: Unfold the product from its folded state until it locks into
position. Place: Push it to the area that needs isolating (e.g., in front of a
work site). It remains stable under its own weight. Store: Release the folding mechanism, fold it up, and use the bottom
wheels to tow it away.
Where should it be placed? Place it in temporary work zones, road openings, or around equipment, ensuring vehicles can see and avoid it before entering the hazardous area. Is one unit enough? Usually not. Multiple units should be placed in a continuous line to form a complete barrier, based on the size of the work
area. Can it be used with other equipment? Yes, and it is recommended. For better effectiveness, place reflective cones in front of it as an advanced warning, and/or mount an LED arrow board or warning light on or beside it.
