The MINI Tomarukun is used for vehicles travelling at low speeds and on narrow roads. Small in size but with a good stopping effect.
It weighs only 20 kg and can be folded to fit in the boot of the car and is easy to handle.

Stopping Principle

When a vehicle collides with the product, the device acts like a lever, using the principle of leverage to quickly lift the vehicle's front wheels off the ground.

The vehicle's impact force is directed downward into the ground and is absorbed/dissipated through strong friction by the specially designed rubber pads at the base. Simultaneously, the two shock absorbers at the bottom absorb part of the impact energy. Ultimately, the vehicle is brought to a controlled stop within a short distance.

In short: Collision → Lift wheels → Kinetic energy converted to friction → Vehicle stops.

Setup & Deployment Method

1. Placement: Simply position the unit at the outer perimeter of the work zone (on the approaching traffic side).

2. Deploy: Unfold it from its compact, folded state to its full protective size.

3. Add Signage: Attach the compatible safety arrow sign or LED board to enhance warning visibility.

4. Movement & Storage: A single person can easily move it by rolling it on its auxiliary wheels. After work, quickly fold it up and transport it in a car trunk.
